CHURCH OF THE REDEEMER

The Protestant Church of the Redeemer, which was called Meradarduskirche until 1902, is the oldest church in Lüdenscheid and is located in the center of the old town. It was first mentioned in documents in 1067. The spire of the ERLÖSERKIRCHE is probably the oldest surviving building in the town and dates back to the 11th century.
