LICHTROUTEN is the art festival of the city of Lüdenscheid. It is a place for connection and community, featuring art created by people for people. LICHTROUTEN volunteers are there every step of the way. Over the past 25 years, a vibrant community has emerged that meets, exchanges ideas, thinks, and creates together—from workshops and social evenings to active participation during the festival. Anyone interested in becoming part of this community is warmly invited.
Urban life thrives on exchange and interaction, and together we shape spaces where we see, listen to, and act together. Over the next few months, we’ll prepare for LICHTROUTEN: we’ll talk with the curators, get to know the artists, explore the new locations, and learn about technical details. During the festival, we’ll support the artists, guide the audience, and celebrate together.

– Flexibility and openness to new tasks
– Minimum age of 18
